The Kanuka oil is based on the leaves of the Kanuka tree which is endemic to New Zealand. Its scented leaves and white flowers are gathered during the late spring/early summer.
We made this tonic from pectin & inulin containing plants, flavoured with elderberry and fennel. It contains raw organic apple cider vinegar, inulin containing roots, hawthorne berries, fennel seeds and elderberries. Diversity of the gut flora promotes normal gastrointestinal function, provides protection from infection, regulates metabolism and comprises more than 75% of the immune system.
Add one tablespoon of tonic to 250mls of warm or hot water; gut repair tonic helps you daily to improve the diversity of the gut flora.
Please shake well before use as the inulin will set at the bottom of the bottle.
